Commonwealth Hotels is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper for the Aloft Knoxville West to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, and reporting maintenance issues while ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with team members, follow safety procedures, and support laundry and inventory tasks. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus in this dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent skills in engaging with guests and collaborating seamlessly with team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items as needed.
• Inspect rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good condition and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain public areas by assisting in cleaning hallways, lounges, and restrooms as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and address requests promptly.
• Handle laundry services: collect, wash, fold, and deliver linens and towels.
• Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Prepare rooms for new guests meeting hotel cleanliness standards.
