Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to assist clients in booking meeting and event spaces and to support the sales team. The role involves liaising with hotel departments and external vendors to ensure events run smoothly.

The coordinator will respond to inquiries by phone and email, coordinate with the sales & marketing team, and help prepare proposals and reports for clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to respond to inquiries and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client / bookers questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generate reports, prepare proposals, collect details, and coordinate with clients & suppliers.
