Qualifications

• 10+ years as commercial building engineer or 5+ years in hotel engineering operations in a supervisor role

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and support all technicians on duty
• Coordinate and report engineering activities including incidents and safety issues
• Maintain inventory and spare parts
• Ensure clean, safe and healthy work environment
• Attend departmental meetings and pre-service briefings
• Assist Engineering Manager with day-to-day duties
• Swing Shift responsibilities as required
