Job summary

Hilton Richmond Downtown is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead daily maintenance and engineering operations. You will supervise the engineering team, oversee preventive maintenance tasks, and respond to repairs to keep guestrooms and public spaces fully operational.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades preferred.
• EPA, CPO, or HVAC certifications a plus.
• Minimum 2–4 years of maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel, resort, or commercial building.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily supervision of the engineering and maintenance team.
• Review and assign work orders; ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to guestroom and public area maintenance requests.
• Maintain PM logs, compliance documents, and safety inspections.
