Hilton Richmond Downtown is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead the hotel’s engineering and maintenance team. You will oversee daily operations, prioritize work orders, and ensure preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems to keep the property fully operational.

The role requires 2–4 years in hotel maintenance with supervisory experience, strong problem-solving, and knowledge of OSHA/fire codes.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 2–4 years in hotel or commercial building maintenance; supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and life-safety systems.
• OSHA and fire/life safety codes knowledge; able to read blueprints/schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise engineering and maintenance team daily operations.
• Assign, monitor, and inspect work orders for timely completion.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to guestroom and public area maintenance requests promptly.
• Conduct property inspections and identify safety concerns.
• Maintain PM logs, work orders, and safety records; ensure compliance.
