Job summary

The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton in King of Prussia, is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead maintenance of the hotel’s facilities and systems. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, and mechanical operations, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years: Prior lead maintenance tech/engineering supervisor experience required. Preferably in building/hotel maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times, set example for all hotel associates.
• Conduct walk-throughs and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the hotel structures and systems.
• Verify completion of routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, offices and staff areas.
• Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining department staff under direction of the Engineering Department.
• Adhere to corporate purchasing policies and safety procedures; manage bids, budgets and schedules.
• Maintain Energy Management and Preventive Maintenance programs and train other departments on equipment use.
