The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 for a full-time role in King of Prussia. The position focuses on day-to-day maintenance of hotel facilities under Engineering Management.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotel or residential settings and strong hands-on repair skills. Responsibilities include equipment upkeep, energy monitoring, and responding to emergencies to protect guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of maintenance/building engineer experience, preferably in hotels or residential communities.
• Flexible schedule and on‑call availability may be required.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and hands-on repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in full uniform.
• Train and mentor other staff as needed.
• Analyze problems, identify courses of action, and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities and repairs.
• Protect and maintain tools and equipment; secure storages.
• Respond to emergencies and restore normal operations quickly.
