Job summary

The Alloy, a DoubleTree by Hilton in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a seasoned Engineering Supervisor for a full-time position. The role offers competitive pay ($35-40/hour) based on experience, great benefits, paid time off/holidays, 401k, and discounted hotel rooms.

You will maintain the building and all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment, supporting energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs while ensuring guest areas remain attractive and operational.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times; conduct walk-throughs and assess maintenance of the hotel’s structure, systems and equipment.
• Verify completion of routine maintenance in public spaces and offices; manage repairs, replacements and renovation projects.
• Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining department staff.
• Adhere to corporate purchasing policies and maintain safety procedures per OSHA.
• Maintain Energy Management and Preventive Maintenance programs and train other departments.
• Inform the supervisor about building condition and propose cost-effective maintenance plans.
• Repair HVAC and clean HVAC coils as required; repair appliances as needed.
• Ensure compliance with brand key control policies; check smoke alarms on a scheduled basis.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and communicate status changes to Front Desk and Housekeeping.
