Job summary

Arlo Hotels is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the hotel engineering team and partner with the Director of Engineering and General Manager. You will oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems and related equipment to ensure top-quality guest experiences.

You will create preventive maintenance plans, enforce safety programs, and collaborate with development and operations teams to support turnover and continuous operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience leading a maintenance or engineering team in a hotel or resort environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office applications; familiarity with Google Apps or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team under Director of Engineering and/or GM.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
• Manage and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment upkeep.
• Collaborate with operations during construction turnover and FF&E installation.
• Ensure safety programs and life-safety compliance across the building.
