The Willard InterContinental Washington, DC is one of the most iconic hotels in the Nation’s Capital. The Engineering Maintenance Representative role keeps our guests’ experiences on track by repairing, replacing and refurbishing items around the hotel.

You’ll need at least one year of maintenance or repair experience, a high school diploma, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, and familiarity with building management tools.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance or repair work.
• High school diploma or related vocational training.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and building management tools.
• Basic plumbing, electrical knowledge, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace and refurbish items around the hotel.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside.
• Follow the preventative maintenance calendar and seek improvements.
• Monitor supply levels and keep supervisor informed.
• Step up to extra duties as needed.
