Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel engineering teams.
• Knowledge of SOPs and loss prevention standards.
• Budget planning and vendor management experience.
• Strong safety and life-safety systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train engineering staff in SOPs and loss prevention.
• Manage the department annual budget and staff schedules.
• Develop plans to maintain property, equipment, and assets.
• Ensure life-safety equipment is inspected and compliant.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with front desk for action.
