Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the hotel engineering department, ensuring safe and profitable operations. You will oversee budgeting, maintenance planning, and staff supervision to deliver exceptional service and reliability.

Your role includes enforcing SOPs, supervising engineers, managing vendor contracts, and coordinating responses to alarms and emergencies while promoting energy efficiency and ADA compliance.

Qualifications

Must maintain a service-oriented approach with guests and team members.
Experience supervising engineering staff and enforcing SOPs.

Responsibilities

Adhere to annual department budget and manage costs.
Post engineering staff schedules and monitor overtime.
Develop and implement plans to maintain the property and equipment.
Ensure life safety equipment is inspected and compliant.
Respond promptly to alarms and determine emergency status.
Contribute to energy conservation programs and ADA compliance.
Administer vendor contracts and manage parts inventory.
Assign daily work orders and attend trainings/meetings.
