Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering leadership and maintenance management.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L for facilities.
• Knowledge of safety codes and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Workday systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the engineering team to prioritize safety and service.
• Diagnose and repair critical hotel systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and respond quickly to issues.
• Plan capital and operating budgets, and manage inventory and scheduling.
• Support renovations and preventive maintenance to enhance guest experience.
