Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and interpret test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel operates to engineering standards and safety policies.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document findings.
• Oversee repairs and operate building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Lead hires, training, and supervision of associates.
• Maintain grounds and guest arrival experience.
• Adhere to OSHA HazCom and safety procedures.
