Job summary

The Westin Cincinnati is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee all building systems and the engineering team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with brand standards. You will manage maintenance programs, budgets, and life-safety procedures while leading a skilled team across multiple trades.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on hotel engineering experience, strong leadership, and a broad skill set in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry experience required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience at a comparable location.
• Hotel experience preferred and knowledge of hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Assume control of the Engineering Department when the Chief Engineer is unavailable.
• Supervise, train, and assign tasks to engineering staff to maximize productivity.
• Maintain engineering records, budgets, PM programs, and life-safety systems.
• Tour the property daily to identify items requiring action by engineering or other departments.
