• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within engineering or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities
