Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton- Colorado Springs is seeking a hands-on maintenance leader to oversee hotel HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment repairs. You will assign daily work orders, supervise technicians, and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Need to lift heavy gear, climb ladders, and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Assign daily work orders, schedule staff shifts, and train maintenance technicians.
Facility Maintenance: Oversee repairs for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
Preventative Programs: Run routine checks on life safety systems, emergency generators, and pool equipment.
Inspections: Audit guest rooms, public zones, and back-of-house facilities to catch defects early.
Vendor Coordination: Supervise third-party contractors and manage spare parts inventory.
