Solé Miami, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Engineering Coordinator to support the Director of Engineering in maintaining all building systems to ensure guest and staff safety. The role involves coordinating PMs, records, and inventory, while aligning with budget and safety standards.

You will work in a boutique beachfront hotel, engaging with vendors and internal teams, with a focus on compliance, scheduling, and operational efficiency.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel engineering, facilities coordination, or related admin role preferred.
• Prior hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Engineering in maintaining all building-related systems for guest and staff safety.
• Maintain engineering records including payroll, scheduling, and PTO calendars.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and par levels within budgeted guidelines.
