Job summary

Solé Miami, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Engineering Coordinator to support the Director of Engineering in maintaining all building systems and ensuring guest, staff, and vendor safety. The role includes record-keeping, budget coordination, and coordinating PMs with multiple departments.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in hotel engineering or related admin work, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs and access maintenance areas.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Engineering in maintaining all building systems to ensure safety of guests, associates, and vendors.
• Maintain engineering records and reports, including cost and payroll related tasks.
• Monitor budgeted guidelines, stock levels, and inventory for department supplies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments on PM tasks and inspections.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities for services and inspections.
• Attend leadership meetings and prepare accurate notes for engineering needs.
• Support Preventive Maintenance Programs, Capital Projects and Life Safety inspections.
