Job summary

Solé Miami is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to assist the Director of Engineering in maintaining building systems and ensuring safety for guests and staff at our Sunny Isles property. You will track engineering records, support preventive maintenance, and coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in hotel engineering or related admin roles, strong communication, and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel engineering, facilities coordination, or related administrative role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Engineering in maintaining all building systems to ensure safety of guests, staff, and vendors.
• Maintain engineering records and reports; support PM programs and inventory.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and PTO calendars to maintain adequate coverage.
• Support training, vendor coordination, and department compliance.
