Job summary

Fairmont Austin is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our Engineering team. This role installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation across the property.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a strong ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

Qualifications

• HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 10+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Diagnose issues, replace components, test leaks, calibrate equipment.
• Read blueprints and manuals to complete repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventory.
• Collaborate with engineering and hotel operations.
• Provide safe, high-quality service.
