Onni Group in Seattle is seeking a Hotel Engineer to perform diversified duties including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of residential units and property facilities, ensuring safety and quality across our properties.
You will respond promptly to work orders, diagnose HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, coordinate with supervisors and contractors, and provide excellent guest service while meeting health and safety standards.
Job Description: The Hotel Engineer is responsible for performing highly diversified duties such as troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential units and property facilities according to safety practices, predictive and preventative maintenance systems and processes to achievement business goals and objectives.
