Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/R equipment per ASRE/OSHA and manufacturer standards.
• Repair and maintain all hotel equipment and systems within HVAC/R scope.
• Check energy management systems and field components for proper operation.
• Complete scheduled maintenance work orders and generate required reports.
• Respond to guest complaints using standard service procedures.
• Inspect equipment such as ceiling and suspended units; climb ladders or scaffolding as needed.
