Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant engineering or facilities experience.
• Strong knowledge in at least one area: HVAC, electrical or plumbing.
• Technical aptitude and ability to read manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across the hotel.
• Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Document repairs and inspections.
