Job summary

MILLENNIUM HOTELS & RESORTS is seeking an Engineer I – Specialized for M Social Sunnyvale. The role focuses on maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to keep guest rooms and public areas safe, comfortable, and operational.

You will work hands-on in a dynamic hospitality environment within a landmark Silicon Valley property. Responsibilities include routine preventive maintenance, quick response to maintenance requests, and collaboration with front office and other departments while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant engineering, facilities, or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort and overall property performance.
• Troubleshoot and perform electrical system repairs; inspect lighting, switches, outlets, and breakers.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing fixtures and systems; respond to leaks and clogs.
• Complete daily work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance per schedules.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly with professional communication.
• Collaborate with Engineering Supervisors and other hotel departments to resolve issues.
