Job summary

Vdara Hotel is seeking a part-time Hotel Dispatcher to join the Front Services team in Las Vegas. You will coordinate daily operations, answer Bell Desk lines, and connect guests with needed services to create exceptional experiences from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate brings at least 6 months in guest services and phone-line handling, with dispatcher experience preferred in a high-end resort setting. Must be 18+ with a HS diploma, able to work varied shifts including holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of guest services experience.
• Six (6) months of experience handling multiple phone lines.
• Front Services/dispatcher experience preferred.
• Experience in AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel setting preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide refined luxury service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer Bell Desk phones and assist guests with requests.
• Own guest requests and resolve issues promptly with follow-up.
• Dispatch Bell Attendants for luggage handling during check-in/check-out and other service requests.
• Record guest service requests and rotate cards for next Attendant.
• Maintain positive guest relations by sharing information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Coordinate convention group arrivals/departures and communicate with tour leaders on schedules.
• Organize incoming/outgoing guest laundry with names, room numbers, and changes.
