Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa in San Diego is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain sanitation of back-of-house Food & Beverage areas, clean floors, surfaces, and dishwashing stations. The role requires 3–12 months of relevant experience and weekend/holiday availability, plus a San Diego County Food Handler certification (training provided at company expense).

Qualifications

• At least 3-12 months of relevant experience and/or training.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
• Must be able to attain a valid San Diego County Food Handler certification upon hire. Evans Hotels will provide this training and is to be completed at the company’s expense.

Responsabilités

• Cleans floors and walls of the kitchens and back-of-house Food & Beverage areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes all work surfaces.
• Places all soiled dishes, pots, and pans in the dishwashing area.
• Washes and wipes ovens and stovetops.
• Stocks cook lines with clean plates.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
