Job summary

Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa in San Diego, CA is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain high sanitation standards in the back-of-house areas. The role requires basic kitchen experience and weekend availability with the possibility of day/evening shifts, at an hourly wage of $24.55.

Qualifications

• 3–12 months of relevant experience.
• Previous similar position in a hotel is preferred.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
• Must obtain a valid San Diego County Food Handler certification upon hire.
• Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sanitary environment in kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Cleans floors and walls of the kitchens and back-of-house areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes all work surfaces.
• Washes and racks dishes and pots, and stores them properly.
• Cleans ovens and stovetops.
• Stocks cook lines with clean plates.
• Performs additional duties as directed by leadership.
