Marriott Raleigh Durham Research Triangle Park is seeking a full-time Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware, supporting cooks, bus persons, and servers with properly maintained equipment.

The role requires operating a commercial dish machine, adhering to health standards, and maintaining a clean work environment in a bustling hotel setting near Morrisville, NC.

Competenze

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen dish machine in accordance with hotel and health department standards.

Mansioni

• Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware to provide equipment for guests' dining experience.
• Assist in general cleaning and sanitation to adhere to health standards.
• Keep dish machine properly cleaned and filled with water per hotel standards.
