Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our busy kitchen. You will operate the dishwashing station, clean and sanitize dishes, glasses, and pots, and help keep the kitchen area orderly.

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctly utilize and maintain dish machine.
• Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
• Ensure cleaning keeps the kitchen neat and clean; sweep up broken glass/dishes and mop spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans; spray and sanitize after each use; replace bags.
• Follow MSDS protocols, as well as safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties in other areas of Kitchen, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.
