HEI Hotels & Resorts in Chicago is seeking a part-time dishwasher to assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets with cleaning and organizing Food and Beverage Outlets. The PT dishwasher will work weekends and weekdays if based on business needs.

You will promptly sort soiled ware for machine washing, keep the dish area clean, and support kitchen and service staff during peak times in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to support guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move heavy objects through a crowded room with or without accommodation.
• Ability to grasp, lift and carry up to 200 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Promptly sort soiled wares so they can be washed properly.
• Maintain high physical activity levels as required by the role.
• Keep dish machine clean and stocked.
• Polish silverware and ensure proper finish.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly.
• Assist with general duties as needed by supervisor.
