HEI Hotels and Resorts’ CURRENT in Chicago, IL is seeking a part-time Dishwasher - Banquets to support stewarding and banquet service. You will sort, wash, and polish ware, keep the dish machine clean, and assist cooks and servers during busy events.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 150–200 lbs, and effective communication with team members. Benefits are available across HEI locations.

Qualifications

• Promptly sort soiled ware for dish machine.
• Wash ware and replace in storage areas.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled per hotel standards.
• Polish silverware and de-tarnish as needed.
• Move kettles, pots and pans to support cooks.
• Able to lift up to 150–200 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stewarding Supervisor and outlets in cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.
• Seasonal banquet service support during events.
• Sort, wash, and store ware efficiently for rapid service.
• Polish and prepare silverware for guest service.
• Keep kettles and pots clean to assist cooks.
