HEI Hotels and Resorts is hiring a part-time Dishwasher for its CURRENT restaurant in Chicago, IL. This on-site position supports the stewarding team and outlets, with a focus on cleanliness and efficiency in busy service areas.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 200 lbs, and reliable attendance. Weekend shifts are common, and the team works closely with cooks and service staff to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of servicing ware and maintaining cleanliness of dishware.
• Ability to push/pull carts up to 150 pounds with/without assistance.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 200 lbs with/without assistance.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware and load dish machine properly.
• Wash and store ware; keep areas clean and organized.
• Maintain clean dish machine and water levels per standards.
• Polish silverware and de-tarnish as needed.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans for cooks.
• Follow attendance rules and be available to work as needed.
