Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine and wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans.
• Place clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Stock supplies in serving stations.
• Maintain floors in back of house and dish area with sweeping and mopping.
