Hilton Garden Inn Tysons Corner in Vienna, VA is seeking a Dinner Cook to join our culinary TEAM. You will prepare and deliver high-quality meals for our guests, maintaining standards, freshness, and presentation in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• Experience with Hilton brand or luxury hotel setting is a plus.
• We are willing to train motivated food service professionals who are eager to learn and grow.
• Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and culinary standards
• Ensure food is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
• Properly handle, store, label, and rotate food products
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Work efficiently during busy dinner service and maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Communicate effectively with the culinary TEAM to ensure smooth and timely service
• Assist with food preparation, kitchen setup, and closing duties as needed
• Monitor food quality and freshness throughout the shift
• Support a positive, professional, and TEAM-oriented kitchen environment
