Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dining area to a guest ready atmosphere.
• Process guest charges and gratuities per standards.
• Maintain safety and security practices and emergency procedures knowledge.
• Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service.
• Complete daily side work including stocking and assist with ordering/cost control.
• Maintain certification from brand approved responsible vendor training.
• Other duties as assigned as needed.
