Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking restaurant servers to greet guests, take food and drink orders, and deliver meals with accuracy and timeliness. You will coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a positive dining experience. Prior hospitality experience is beneficial; training provided. This is a part-time on-site position in Lansing, MI.

Qualifications

• Take and deliver food and drink orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered to tables in a timely manner.
• Work with restaurant management to address customer concerns and create a great dining experience.
• Confirm orders with chefs and bartenders when clarification is needed.
• Assist with setting and rearranging tables for larger parties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner.
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
• Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested.
