The Luce Hotel in Saint Petersburg, FL is hiring for an on-site HR - Hourly Non Mgmt role within the hotel’s dining and beverage team. You will support servers, keep dining areas clean, restock supplies, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, with competitive pay plus tips. Ideal candidates have restaurant, bar, or hotel experience or a strong willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
• Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed.
• Assist servers with guest requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from kitchen to guests.
• Verify plate presentation and accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
• Assist with expo station organization and cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with bar prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
• Change kegs and monitor inventory levels.
