Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s team at Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown is seeking a friendly restaurant teammate to clear and reset tables and assist the servers, providing courteous, professional and efficient service to guests.

The role requires maintaining clean stations, stocking supplies, and supporting service during all meal periods, with adherence to health standards and safety procedures. The position supports the dining room operations around the clock.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card or in the process of certification.
• Basic knowledge of English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions to enable safe application of products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables and assist servers in duties.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to health standards.
• Fold napkins and roll silverware to maintain adequate supply.
• Stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies.
• Assist servers in delivering orders and pre-busing tables.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor/manager.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
