Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a prep line cook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Start with food items prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare for estimated needs.
• Return all food items not used on the next shift to designated storage areas.
• Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.
