Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Cook for our Ashland, KY property. The role focuses on quality food preparation, proper storage, and maintaining par levels to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will follow standard recipes, work as part of a team, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a busy hotel kitchen. Prior experience preferred; high school diploma required; on-site hours, weekends possible.

Qualifications

• One year experience following standard recipes.
• Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associates Degree preferred
• Food Handling certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform essential duties: stand, lift, bend, learn, read, concentrate, think, and communicate.
• Push or pull 60 pounds unassisted and lift and/or carry 30 pounds unassisted.
• Stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, reach.
• Communicate with other associates and guests.
