Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in cooking, restaurant, hotel, banquet, catering, or food service is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and sanitation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and safety guidelines.
• Support daily kitchen operations across restaurant dining, breakfast service, banquets, catering, and events.
• Assist with food prep tasks including chopping, plating, and station setup.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
• Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts.
• Follow sanitation standards and HACCP guidelines at all times.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs to leadership.
• Collaborate with chefs and F&B staff to deliver guest experiences.
