Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Finance Manager to safeguard property finances at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs Hotel & Conference Center in Coral Springs, FL. You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, ensure internal controls, and manage audits to maintain accurate financial records.

The role requires 3+ years in financial accounting with 2+ years in management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial accounting experience with 2+ years in a management role.
• Strong working knowledge of AP, income audit, and general ledger.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Hotel accounting experience and budgeting/forecasting knowledge preferred.
• Experience with PMS, POS, Coupa, Sage300, and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the integrity of property finances by ensuring compliance with internal controls, Atrium SOPs, and audit standards.
• Lead annual and interim external audits.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable to ensure all accounts are reconciled and current.
• Validate daily deposits, credit card transactions, and monitor house funds with accuracy.
• Lead the monthly close process, collaborating with Corporate Accounting.
