Qualifications

2+ years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a small team and work independently.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Trade certification and Marriott experience are a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.

Job Description

We’re seeking a hands‑on Chief Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of the hotel’s maintenance, repairs, and building systems. This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys being directly involved in the work and ensuring the hotel’s facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and work alongside the maintenance team.
Handle daily repairs, troubleshooting, and emergency maintenance.
Oversee preventive maintenance for guest rooms and hotel facilities.
