Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or trade school coursework in a related field is preferred.
• Previous supervisory engineer/maintenance experience is required.
• HVAC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage general and preventative maintenance functions for the hotel.
• Interview, select, train, and support associates adhering to brand standards.
• Oversee small projects or Property Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment and heating/cooling pumps.
• Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance on all rooms and equipment.
