Qualifications

Previous supervisory engineer/maintenance experience is required.
HVAC certification is required.
Responsibilities
Manage general and preventative maintenance functions for the hotel.
Interview, select, train, and support associates adhering to brand standards.
Oversee small projects or Property Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment and heating/cooling pumps.
Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance on all rooms and equipment.
