Qualifications

• Three or more years of hotel, building, apartment, or similar maintenance experience.
• Ability to implement and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Experience operating and maintaining a commercial pool, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance for equipment and property.
• Serve as project manager for in-house projects ensuring quality control.
• Supervise outside contractors for complex repair needs.
