Job summary

North Central Group is hiring a Building Maintenance Assistant at the Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown. The role requires PM shift work, with responsibilities including responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and maintaining property grounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of basic maintenance experience; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to consistently perform task-oriented repetitive functions on time and error-free.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and support overall upkeep of the property.
• Perform guest room preventative maintenance duties such as painting and smoke detector checks.
• Maintain grounds and general areas of the property according to codes and standards.
• Promptly respond to reports of guest problems and concerns.
