Qualifications

• At least 5 years hotel experience with supervisory role or related job experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical experience.
• Comprehension of English language.
• Must be able to convey and relay ideas clearly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate the physical hotel to assure guest comfort and good staff conditions.
• Maintain all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment; establish safety practices and preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage rehabilitation and special projects.
• Hire, train, and discipline the Engineering Staff; maintain permits and licenses as required.
