Qualifications

• Experience supervising hotel maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local health and safety regulations.
• HVAC certification required.
• Ability to manage budgets and participate in annual hotel budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operations across hotel facilities.
• Schedule work, order materials, and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with architects/contractors on projects and bids.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance program.
• Respond to guest requests and uphold service standards.
• Participate in executive committee meetings and budgeting.
