You will supervise maintenance staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with architects and contractors to deliver a reliably maintained, guest‑friendly property.

Ideal candidates bring HVAC EPA certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record in hospitality

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel maintenance operations.
• HVAC EPA certification required.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operations for the hotel, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Supervise associates including hiring, discipline, and evaluations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service.
• Assist with budget preparation and profitability related to guest services.
• Respond to guest requests and issues courteously and timely.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other departments.
